Shipping and delivery policy
ONEWINNER is a digital service. There is no parcel, no courier, and no shipping charge, in any country.

1. What is delivered
After Razorpay confirms payment, in whatever currency you used, we put your name, role or description, and link on the homepage Crown at https://onewinner.lol.
2. Delivery time
- Intended delivery: as soon as payment confirms, usually within a few minutes, anywhere in the world.
- If the arena is down, delivery happens when it is back, and within one business day of confirmation.
- You will see the live Crown on the homepage. The processor may also email a receipt.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charge: $0 / €0 / £0 / ₹0. We do not ship physical goods to India or anywhere else.
4. Service area
The merchant is registered in India. The placement is delivered online to customers worldwide. Checkout accepts USD, EUR, GBP, INR, and any other currency enabled at checkout for your card or wallet.
5. Failed delivery
If payment succeeds and your placement does not appear because of a fault on our side, email support@onewinner.lol. We will finish delivery or refund you under the Cancellation and Refund Policy within 5–7 business days.
6. End of a placement
Delivery is the moment your placement goes live. When someone else buys a higher placement, or a round or Hall action ends the reign, that is the end of the window. It is not a shipping failure and not an automatic refund.
